    Truly Therapeutic
I have never felt so incredibly validated and heard. I can’t stop listening. This mirrors my story and my truth and I finally feel a slight weight lifted. Almost like a new beginning like things are coming into focus. This is inspiring and motivating all in one and I love that episodes are quick and right to point. Period. It just reaffirms my inner monologue and knowing the difference between right and wrong and oh I don’t know…. common decency and respect

    THIS!
This woman speaks methodically enough and is able to capture my attention and give words and explanation to what I have feeling for the last 6years in my relationship and gave me the clarity to break it off without regret!

    Intrigued initially
I was interested in this topic due to my ex and son’s mental health and their mental abuse of myself and others in our family. I wanted, very much, to listen and learn more but I cannot get past the whiny voice. Perhaps you cannot hear it but it grates my nerves. I generously gave 2 stars because I was only able to listen to 2 episodes and I hope these were not typical.

    Love the Pod
Absolutely great work here. Only suggestion I have to make is to give more examples of different types of abusers. In the financial abuse episode just dropped, I wish I’d heard more about those who don’t have any financial power/autonomy at all in the relationship.

    Distracting background noise
Recently discovered your podcast, and as a survivor of multiple relationships with men under the cluster B category am really enjoying the content for the most part. I’ve found it distracting to hear what sounds as though you may be multitasking while recording your podcasts? I hear a lot of papers, fidgeting of pens and other things clanking around, sounds other than just silence and clear voice which is rather enjoyable to listen to instead of the background noise, which is very distracting. Otherwise like the content and hope to continue to listen if the background distractions can stop. Thank you.

    Eye Opening!!
This is so what I needed. Amazing clarity, beautiful voice, clear insights. I am so grateful for what I get to understand, clarify and heal eventually . I am so grateful I escaped and now have a chance to understand what took place.

    Needed this
I couldn’t understand why I continued to need to communicate. I tried muting the texts but I found myself looking for responses. I finally blocked but then unblocked. Needed that interaction. It wasn’t until I committed to blocking everything that I could begin to heal myself. Thank you for this podcast
