I love this podcast I listen to it weekly. End it really shows me what’s happening in the Pokémon format if I don’t have time to watch the streams. I highly recommend this to everyone that I know that plays Pokémon keep up the great work

Love the show, but the volume difference between Chip and Azul and the ads make it unbearable…

These guys are great, but holy moly the tangents. Tag Team and Lake of Rage do a much better job of distilling the most important information. Maybe this pod is geared towards the ultimate hardcore players, but I find myself skipping through a lot of stuff here. I never skip through those other pods I mentioned. Would love for Chip and Azul to reign in the discussion more sometimes.

Easily the best PTCG show out there. I love the deck analysis and breakdown of various strategies as well as the weekly tips for what new techs people have been implementing. Always a fun listen.

Informative and entertaining podcast about the Pokémon TCG and the current state of the game. Chip and Azul are a great podcast duo and provide great insights about the game, the meta, and Pokémon TCG current events. Listen to many Pokémon TCGs weekly but the Uncommon Energy podcast is always the first. Great job and thanks for a great podcast every week!

Of all the podcasts I listen to, this is my favorite. The only thing I would change is I would love for there to be an email address for the podcast so that if you didn’t have twitter you could send Azul and Chip emails.

These two offer the best and most balanced perspectives on competitive Pokémon tcg, while remaining fun and upbeat. Other podcasts are either uninformed/biased or lack humility. I listen every week!

Love listening to the show every week. Helps me stay knowledgeable about the current format and all the info on the players and the game as a whole. Also, as someone who enjoys making fun of Azul’s terrible pronunciations in his streams, I’m glad Chip tries his best to teach Azul how to read 🙂 keep up the good work, rats. 🐀

These are two of the best personalities in Pokémon and the energy their combo brings is unparalleled. The insight they bring as one of the best players in the game and as an official castor for Pokémon is incredibly unique. They are the most professional and polished ptcg podcast I have heard, plus they have everyone’s favorite segment, “guess that flavor text.” Azul and Chip bring something to the table that no one else can rival. Couldn’t recommended enough; 10/10

I found this pod when I was a brand new player, and now that I am a little more seasoned, I am still enjoying it. I can’t recommend this one enough!

I started playing the Pokémon TCG this May. I went looking for some podcasts to learn more about the game and get a picture of the current meta. This podcast is my absolute favorite of the 5 I listen to. Azul and Chip are chill and knowledgeable, and amazingly polite and positive when discussing other players and the game. Some podcasts I have listened to give off the elitist vibe that can really turn off new players who want to one day compete, and these guys do not. I’m glad to have found this great and informative show.

Highly recommend for any TCG enthusiasts. Great content from two excellent players and people!

I only listen to PTCG podcasts by IC winners...which is why I LOVE Uncommon Energy!!

I’ve already loved both Chip and Azul from their content / appearances on Twitch and YouTube. But really grateful for this new format so that I can simply listen while at work and still enjoy PTCG discussion but not having to have YouTube forcing me to keep my screen monopolized the entire time. Thanks guys. Hope the format is rewarding for you and you are incentivized to keep it going.
