Great podcast. So far it has touched on very impactful topics and has easy practices that we can all do. I highly recommend for anyone interested in spiritual content. The episodes are around 20 minutes unless there is an interview, which makes this very easy to incorporate into my schedule each week.

Amy I love your podcasts so far and I can’t wait to hear what you put out next! So I just wrote a long review and my phone ate it. To summarize I came across you on FB and have jumped on a few of your live chats. I have also listened to some of your meditations and healings. They are spot on. There are some people out there who I would call charlatans and are just in it to make money. You are certainly are NOT one of them. I am a student of esoteric studies (for many many many lifetimes), and part of my gift is to instantly recognize true Knowledge. You definitely have it and are making it so the everyday person can understand and easily access it. One of my life’s journeys is to be more open to the Knowledge being shared with the general public. After all it is still the beginning (relatively) of the Age of Aquarius. You are giving people who are seeking the tools for them to help raise their vibrations, and in turn help raise the consciousness of the world as a whole. I think it is awesome that you are using the technology we have available today to do this. Not every person who listens (or watches on FB, etc) understands this and that is totally ok. Each individual is on their own path, in their own way, and in their own awareness. I just wanted to let you know I see/witness you and what you achieving. I think it is truly amazing. I truly enjoyed the podcast about how the thoughts create reality. It truly gave me insights how I can better shift on building positive thoughts to create a specific reality that has been very challenging in my life for many years.
