    Ditto to Adam LT
I love this podcast, but I also don’t like the new format with the guests. I haven’t been able to sit through a new episode yet. I just want to hear Mama Iyanla fix peoples’ lives.

    The co-hosts
I appreciate Iyanla giving space to younger coaches but I miss the old format. I adore Iyanla and value her words immensely. I only want to her from her or from male relationship experts.

    A bit concerned
I adore this podcast, but I am a bit worried about the new format experiment. I don’t want to hear what random people think about topics, I want to hear Iyanla speak one-on-one with callers as she did before.

    One of my favorites
I love this podcast because it provides ideas/perspectives for me to consider and think about. Although many of the topics are for heterosexual couples, as a lesbian, I can still relate. I appreciate Ms. Iyanla’s wisdom and straightforwardness. She keeps it real.

This is my favorite podcast and I do listen to many. This episode was the best for me - loved all the perspectives! Keeping my mind open is where it’s at to accept and surrender to the possibilities that I can participate in a healthy relationship with a a significant other Many Thanks! 🙏🏻

Wow! This was the episode that I didn’t know I needed. I took this conversation to my husband immediately for the purpose of growth. We communicate well but this conversation was vulnerable and cleansing. I especially enjoyed the varied perspectives. Again, Wow! THANK YOU ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

    Spiritual awakening
Thank you so much Ms.Iyanla for having this forum available. I look forward weekly to listening to your show which helps me to better understand myself and why certain things appear in my life repeatedly. I am learning to identify the “why” and this helps me to break patterns. Its a slow process but because I now know how to recognize how my thoughts and fears can project and manifest into my life, I have a better understanding of who I am and I am learning to appreciate more that person in the mirror for just being me. Amazing podcast love every episode I have listened to <3.

    Don’t like the new format
Iyanla’s energy and disposition seems to be altered when she has male guests on the program. She seems giddy and demure and loses her professionalism and alpha energy. It’s off-putting and uncomfortable to listen to. I love her regular show so I will just skip any episodes when she has male cohosts.

    So happy
I m SO happy that Iyanla Vanzant now has a podcast! She asks thought-provoking questions that we’re often too afraid to ask ourselves - or others. I also appreciate that she has now incorporated men into the conversation, as oftentimes, women are left to assume what men are thinking/feeling, and it’s a great way for women to navigate relationships with a better understanding of how to get what works for us, what does not, and how to achieve it.

    Great topics
Iyanla has such insight. She asks the questions that move callers away from the surface. She makes me ask myself questions, and I never even called into the show!🤣

    I Love Mama Iyanla
I have been studying with Mama Iyanla for 3 years now and I must admit from the classes to The R Spot all has shift my perspective in truth, and has given me the freedom to think in a way that’s rooted in truth. Thanks so much Mama and her amazing team.

    Love yourself to LIFE!
I have followed Auntie Iyanla since the early 90’s. I became hip to her because my mama had all of her books and I would sneak and borrow one. Now, I have found 52 yr old self in need of a restart. I ended an 8 year relationship yesterday with a beautiful, kind, generous man. I have been listening to The R Spot on repeat for the last month to find the courage and make a plan to exit. The wisdom within each podcast and the foundation laid are what encouraged me to find my ladyballs and get myself on the road to healing. A million thank you will never be enough. You’re Amazing ! May God bless you and allow us all to benefit from what you’re doing out here for the people. Peace & Lovelight Renee

    Ms Iyanla Vanzant ✨
I have bee with my teacher since 2015, since before Oprah. And I have watched her story, so I am another one of her humble students. She has help me understand the meaning and purpose of SELF-esteem in my life. Since 2015 I knew no matter what I was always the cake, with or without the icing and I still am the cake. The right man that matches my energy will find his way to me, no matter how hard I tried to hang on the Mr Wrong, my light would not allow him to stay, he straight up told me that I was too much of a free spirit. But there is so much healing done when you’re alone and I’m embracing that 🎯one day at a time! ☀️

I never miss an episode! This is by far my favorite podcast that I’ve listened in on. While I’m building up the courage to enroll in counseling, Iyanla helps me abandon my guard with each episode.

I listened to her on the breakfast club recently. I was wondering how do I connect with the 9 weeks healing program! Does anyone know how to get in contact or reach Mrs. Vanzant?

    I just love her!
I loved her show on TV and now I love this podcast. She is funny, deep and you can feel all the love just listening to her with others. She is so special to me and my own healing. Edit- I do think thought that her advertisements need to be more monitored. She is all about self healing and growth , so to hear all the sudden an ad for gambling on the computer really threw me off and really not good for her target audience. Something to be mindful of. Otherwise I just love her and her podcast!!!

    Iyanla is amazing!
I have loved Iyanla for so long, I used to love her show and I’m so excited that she has a podcast now! She immediately gets right to the core, and I’m always amazed at how well she understands humans. We make things so complicated, and she simplifies it right on the spot!
