    I love this podcast because it's like having 2 personal trainers/ nutrition experts in my earbuds! It’s a cute and clever blend of expert advice and entertaining banter.     COUNTERINTUITIVE
    I’ve been a fitness fanatic for more than 30 years even co-owned a gym and sold nutritional supplements. I’m telling you the PURE way is counterintuitive, but EFFECTIVE!!! I’m a recovering hard-core gym junkie to now working smarter not harder and am in best shape ever at age 51! I’ve recently incorporated the “carnivore way” and am blown away! I’ve dropped just under 10lbs, my increased energy levels, sleep like a baby and no longer crave sugar and carbs. I thought I would miss my veggies, but I have not. Who knew working out less yet intentional while eating protein and fat would produce results like this! I’m SO thankful I finally got out of my own way to try something different!

    If you want to know WHY you can’t stop craving junk, why you can’t seem to burn the fat off, and why you are feeling lethargic and run down, then this is the podcast for you! Mike and Corrie-Beth give at times mind blowing advice on how what we eat impacts our gut health and hormones, and in turn our waistlines. They tell you why certain food can be just toxic, what it does to us and how we can help ourselves. When you get down to the science and facts behind why highly processed food is horrible for you, it genuinely makes you want to make a lasting change. This podcast has inspired me to make those changes and I swear my energy is up and the scale is going down! GIVE THEM A LISTEN!

I thought I knew what healthy eating/ diets were, but after reaching out to Corrie Beth and Mike, I have gone below my goal weight and I continue to practice what they preach.
