Lucy BebeeI love it!It’s my favorite podcast! I just wish that her workouts and dieting app was free for all! I listen to this podcast when I get ready and it helps me so much!
-
lttledove03.Any reason why there has literally never been a WOC on your podcast? There are plenty. It would be nice to hear from a more diverse group of people..
-
naners707My favorite podMari, please do a live podcast tour! Preferably with a stop in Dallas 😉

Kristinax23It was ok and that got really badThis podcast had some good episodes scattered through out but has now become so repetitive, the “experts” aren’t reliable and everything is opinionated and not factual information. The show and the host has become very unrelatable. Sad because it used to be pretty good!

callmeohkayNot the same…I have been following Mari’s journey for years - back to when she was still in CO. It has saddened me to see how far she has strayed from the methods/wellness advice she shares with her listeners/followers. Also - some of the guests she has on the pod are offering advice that isn’t backed by science at all, and instead feeds into fear mongering. I have had to stop following her as seeing her now has began to trigger my ED - wish her the best, and wish she would go back to her roots.

LM2999My favorite podcastI love that someone is finally talking about all of the problems in the food and health industry!!!

Livia MillerDo as I say not as I doHer products completely contradict her podcast. Her products have harmful chemicals and gut-disrupting additives in it.

haleylkSolo episodeUsually really enjoy this podcast but the last solo episode felt like it was entirely ads. For such a short episode there were way too many ads. Made it incredibly difficult to get through.

Alessandra Mae 1986Request for Postpartum Wellness TopicsI’ve been listening to your podcast for a while now, and it’s been such a valuable resource for my wellness journey. The insights you share are not only practical but also deeply empowering, and I always come away feeling more informed and motivated to prioritize my health. Thank you for the thoughtful and inspiring content you create! I’d love to hear a session focused on postpartum health. It’s such a transformative time, and navigating the physical and emotional changes can feel overwhelming. Topics like managing the hormonal shifts during nursing and after weaning, addressing postpartum belly changes (like the infamous “mom pooch” or cortisol belly), and strategies for reconnecting with and strengthening your body after birth would be so helpful. This is such a huge part of many people’s wellness journeys, and I know so many listeners would appreciate you having a guest on that can speak to this topic with expertise and guidance. Thank you for all that you do, and I’m excited to keep learning from your podcast!

ABCHOMECAREWellness with integrity!I love this podcast, I listen to many health/fitness and wellness podcasts and I feel like Mari is one of the most honest, intelligent and relatable hosts out there and I also feel like she hosts this show with lots of integrity and brings on guests that have a wide variety of view points in the wellness universe and they share information that is relevant and honest, and in a fun way! I also enjoy the personal podcasts I think Mari shares so much of her personal life to make herself very relatable.

Lisa HanneGift giving ideas episodeAlthough I absolutely love your podcasts, I feel like this one wasn’t a reality for the average person. Most of the gifts you recommended would be out of the price range for a typical person other than your Bloom products. But again, I do love all your other content.

inojbeckMari is disingenuousI used to really like Mari and the podcast but after seeing she had tirzepatide on her calendar, I’ve realized she’d built a business on lies. She can’t even say she is taking it for her newly diagnosed PCOS/fertility because she told Dr. Hyman she was ovulating regularly with diet and lifestyle. She’s a fraud.

Lawyer JRWAAn Ode to Fi & Reality CheckFor Fi’s sake I’m hoping she’ll go on to have a super successful career and return to the pod to have a more genuine friendship with Mari resulting in more realistic convos on the pod. I like these two together, but you can see the power dynamic even from their parting conversation on the pod. I love Mari but I do feel like she needs to learn how to let the conversation flow without butting in and redirecting everything to herself and her own life—even in that last conversation Fi would be on the verge of sharing something important and Mari would butt in with something for her own life or Fi would be sharing the woes of wanting children but not yet having a partner, and Mari is coming in with unhelpful lines. Overall it’s a great pod I just feel like Mari can be out of touch with the masses so to speak—like I’m a successful attorney and even I can’t afford to get lab work whenever I want to figure out what’s going on with my skin or to see a functional medicine doctor (they’re all out of network and $500/visit without treatment) to figure out what’s going on with my fatigue and hormones (and it’s not about “priorities”—I do spend on my health). It’s just that most of the advice is expensive to implement, and even upper middle class women can’t really afford the suggested solutions most of the time. Honestly sometimes I can’t even listen because it reminds me that I need to be making so much more money to reach that next echelon of wellness.

notthecaddyMore Horse GirlLove love love episode with Michelle !!

Dom1116Loving the lessons!!I am enjoying this podcast and the engaging conversations that Mari offers!
-
courtney1518EDMari clearly is suffering from an eating disorder. She has lot so much weight and all of her muscle. She has a bitterness and anger to her that is showing through her podcasts so maybe she is just in a dark place? I just don't think she should still be doing a podcast when she is so far from the person she was when she started. She needs to take care of herself!!
-
harvardprincessFi LeavingFi was the only good thing about POW. Good on her for leaving, especially since she is openly democratic and Mari/Greg obviously aren’t, lol. Fi deserves much better friends! I hope she starts her own POD

PodcastNewbeeSometimes Informative and InspiringEnjoyed the episode with Sami Slater discussing her weight loss journey. It was inspiring. She generously offered help to anyone who wanted it with a Form membership. DM’d her. No reply.

Ava CelLove this podcastI love her podcast but the Kendall Toole episode was one of the best! Thank you for sharing your story about your mental health struggles. You have no idea how impactful that is to others who have and are currently struggling w mental health! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

-
kayrosssieadore the host but not so much guest! The host does a great job of asking questions that relate to women but guest always talk in circles and never give a straight forward answer. It seems they want to make you overthink and buy their product/program.
-
VimeztliLove this!Love the interesting topics in this podcast from health to relationships.
-
yennybennyEven chat gpt says the same thing…I like some of the topics and guests, but… According to chat gpt: The *Pursuit of Wellness* podcast—because nothing says “wellness” like being told your morning routine is incomplete without a $100 jade roller and a dozen supplements. And of course, just when you think you're tuning in to hear an expert guest drop some wisdom, the host swoops in to make it all about her journey. Forget the guest’s expertise—let’s hear for the millionth time about her meditation epiphany on a beach in Bali. Every episode is less of an interview and more of a wellness memoir, starring none other than… the host herself. Could have not said it more accurately.
-
Kaitlyn KiciaQuestionable adviceReally loved following Mari when she was with one media, since then she’s struggled to get reputable guests. Her opinions/interviews contradict her products. Follow for young perspective on “healthy ish” advice
-
LindseyBlairBearThe literal best podcastI love Mari and her knowledge. She has helped me so much in my wellness journey.

Hdani21Life Changing.I have been following Mari for about 5 years now and her transition into the podcast world has actually changed my life. I had NO education or interest into the holistic world, but quickly got myself into a lot of eye opening chronic fatigue, hormone imbalances and just about every possible symptom Mari discusses. I was confused and overwhelmed on how to start educating and learning about my body. Mari and her guests have done all the work for me. Literally every possible health benefit I can learn and put into practice. How much easier and better does it get than this? I feel incredibly knowledgeable when having conversations with others now. I’ve been listening to the show since day one and it’s the only thing that gets me through my tough rush hour commutes. I cannot thank Mari/Greg and the entire bloom team for literally saving my life. Not to mention this podcast space has me so compassionate and caring for Mari’s personally journey. It’s like you and her are having a conversation to each other on your way to work! Her voice and words are so well spoken. I had no idea what to do or where to turn a year ago 🤍🫶🏼 From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

Kenzieee13Empowering and enlightening podcast for women!I recently discovered this health and wellness podcast, and I can't recommend it enough! The hosts and guests are incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and relatable. I have learned so much on the topic of gut issues (which I’ve been struggling with) and find those particular episodes so helpful and educational. Each episode is a treasure trove of valuable information on physical, mental, and emotional well-being, tailored specifically to women’s needs. What I love most is the wide range of topics covered—from nutrition and fitness to mental health and self-care. The guests are always inspiring, offering practical advice and fresh perspectives. I appreciate how the podcast addresses real-life issues with empathy, making it feel like a supportive community.

kg2662Everything I’ve wanted in a podcastAbsolutely love this podcast. It hits on all the topics I personally love and hosts incredible speakers and guests. I’ve listened back to most all shows since the beginning and they are so good. I love to workout, eat healthy, interested in bio hacking, want to feel my best, etc. and this podcast aligns perfectly with my lifestyle. Keep all the guests coming!

rayk3Fake Podcast ReviewsI enjoy this podcast for the most part but am suspicious of fake podcast reviews recently. Normally with podcast reviews (even those who have a huge platform), you may see a new review or two here and there, every couple of days - if that. Genuine reviews have mixed perspectives and don’t share the same “voice,” if you will. POW podcast reviews follow this general pattern and then boom - on August 5th, there are approximately 70 similarly written glowing reviews, all at once (highly unlikely). Unfortunately, paid reviews are a thing in the podcasting industry - it’s fairly easy to spot and will diminish your credibility. It’s interesting that this batch of reviews comes directly after other users (longtime followers) stated that they were blocked on social media for asking simple questions (e.g., the use of sucralose in the new energy drink). Apparently there’s a history of the Bloom team being completely unreceptive to any feedback or constructive criticism from their fans. Fake podcast reviews in order to artificially inflate ratings would fall in line with that notion, which is really disappointing.

RellyrollyQuality over quantityNot loving the “Monday mashups”. Replaying old episodes is duff.

Hear me out,My pursuitListening to this podcast has helped me immensely in my health journey. Mari discusses topics that not many people do. It is so informative and makes me what to take better care of myself! Working on my vision board because I am in my healing era! ❤️ thank you for helping me find information and self love!

ashdew21ManifestThe episode about mental health and manifesting really resonated with me. I have been on my wellness journey since 2017 and it has been a constant battle of being focused and losing weight and then self sabotaging. And for the past 7 years I have really struggled with staying consistent. I always tell myself had I stayed consistent then by now I would be like Mari and maintaining but the issue has been my mental frame of mind and not thinking in the best way of myself. And so as I start again on my wellness journey I am really focusing on seeing working out and eating right as my everyday life and routine and not focusing on the scale but rather focusing on how I feel. And manifesting the things that I want in life which include being the best version of myself and healthy. Every episode has been full of epiphanies and aha moments.

Sara- Louisville KYWOW! What a Great Find!I am so excited to have stumbled upon this podcast! It’s been a phenomenal find. I’ve only listened to a few episodes so far but I have taken something away from each one. I even ordered the Vitaclean shower head after the episode with the founders of Vitaclean! I am on a continous health conscious journey and the ideas and information I’ve found here are knowledge gems that I will carry with and implement into my life. Thank you!

Lily LopartoListening to POW is a GAME CHANGER!The Pursuit of Wellness podcast by Mari has been a game-changer in my fitness and wellness journey. Mari feels like the older sister, guiding me with wisdom, compassion, and a deep understanding of what it takes to live a healthy, fulfilling life. My favorite episode is Ep. #127, where Mari leads a very powerful discussions with Tom McCarthy, Melissa Wood Tepperberg, and Roxie Nafousi. I loved how they explored finding one's true identity and purpose, manifesting self-worth, and cultivating a positive dialogue around self-image. If you're looking for actionable insights and inspiring stories to help you navigate life's challenges and thrive, this podcast is a must-listen. Thank you, Mari, for continually inspiring me to be the best version of myself!

Taylor GilllisCouldn’t recommend a better show!I recently started listening to POW and wow am I loving it! Mari has created a space that truly feels like home for a woman in her 20s. Mari’s mindful approach to all things health and wellness is reflected in her energy and the guests she brings us.

Amy Flores RNLove Pow!I have learned so much since listening to this podcast! I started lifting more, eating better and eliminating toxins from my life and I feel like I learned the evidence to back up my choices. I’ve bought so many things from their guests! I even got my blood work done by function health and learned about my genetic risk for cardiovascular disease. I’m actually a nurse and I feel like I have learned more about personal health here than in nursing school. Thank you for having these conversations!
