The guests this podcast gets are great. Unfortunately, the host of this show wants so desperately to show the guests (who have real AI credits) how much he knows about AI that he ends up talking for 2/3rds of the podcast, leaving his poor guests with not much to do but stammer out a polite “yea” every now and then. A typical show will go off the rails with the host pontificating at length about some topic he thinks he can sound smart about or trying tp relate everything back to his own experience of (surprise) not being an AI developer and then asking the guest “what do you think about that?” I find myself screaming (internally) “shut up and listen”. This host should learn from those that do this well, like Dwarkesh. Or really any other podcast host.

This is one of the most informative podcasts on AI. The deep dives with industry leaders like Tokarev Sela are so insightful!

I’m not in the industry, simply curious to understand our future. The technical stuff goes over my head sometimes but there’s so much else here for anyone contemplating these seismic shifts we’re entering. Audio for Nathan was great but it was awful for the guy asking questions. I was stunned when the interviewer mentioned that his business was podcasting production.

The IQ level is high on this pod, and I always learn something.

I’m done and enough to write my first review. Entertaining what a totalitarian leader would bring to AI is unethical and amoral. Its attempt at narrow focus normalizes what we should never tolerate. Reread the paradox of tolerance and please do better.

The cognitive revolution is an amazing podcast that has really captured my interest. The host talks with AI experts about the significant ways artificial intelligence is reshaping our world. Each episode is deep and insightful, making me come back to listen to some of them more than once. It’s a great resource for anyone curious about the impact of AI across various fields.

Nathan does a great job to find important and interesting material to share with the audience on a regular basis. He has a diverse group that he interviews, and I appreciate when he works deeply on the subject and then just does a long monologue to explain his thinking. This is one of the best AI podcasts going

Nate does an amazing job of bringing on interesting and exciting guests across the field of AI and staying up to date with exciting new developments! This is my go-to source for long form audio on AI and helps immensely with understanding the AI zeitgeist.

The host is great and well informed, the guests are well-chosen experts, and this is my favorite technical podcast about this subject.

I'm a full-stack web developer with an interest in AI. I've followed generative AI loosely for a while, but with ChatGPT and all of these amazing products coming out now I felt like I had severely fallen behind. So when I found this podcast started listening to episodes as they came out to try and keep up. From the very first episode, I was hooked. Each episode was not only informative but also thought-provoking, delving into topics like the future of software development, AI in education, and the AI frontier. I quickly found that I just couldn't wait any longer for new episodes to come out. I went back and listened to all of the podcast episodes from the start, and after each episode, I'd spend time learning any concepts I didn't quite understand. I've used the podcast as a guide and, as of this week, a catalyst for my career growth. I have just accepted a position as a full-time AI Engineer at a Fortune 100 organization where I'll be helping other developers learn and use AI to build out AI-powered products. I can't wait to give back to the community, thanks Nathan for being such a great scout through this cognative revolution!

Welcome to the beginning of the end. This is your front row ticket. The show actually made me cry, made me realize how different the world is about to be. How difficult/impossible it is to predict/understand the change. I’ve been following the ai space since Less Wrong in 2015. I Knew it was coming but now its here I guess. As a long time follower of the space this podcast hits just right in many ways. The hosts are extremely knowledgeable and use their expertise to craft excellent questions and give their guests room to feel comfortable enough to share truly deep thoughts about this whole thing. The quality of both the guests and hosts is top notch and I’m really looking forwarding to the next episode.

Topics, guests, and even the questions are great! But could be better if the hosts were more concise. Sometimes seems like they want to sound smart or show the guest they know something, rather than giving relevant background that supports a probing question. Or could just use better editing.

This is the first AI podcast that’s really hooked me and compelled me to share w friends. The combo of forward-looking, more technical components (which I’ve found a bit tough to find elsewhere) with some broader questions is awesome, definitely recommend!

I have sooo many ideas as an artist. Words in my head describing what I want to see. So this is perfect. My own little assistant to help me decide which idea is worth me spending my time creating.
