LittlemzcaraTop notch contentI love the Decoding Couples Instagram account, so of course I had to check out their podcast which does not disappoint! The content and delivery is all so relatable. The best part is Rachel and Stacey’s chemistry. It is truly a rare thing. You will feel like you are chit chatting with a couple of your wisest girlfriends… who just also happen to be licensed therapists. Highly recommend!

411and3quartersVulnerable Hosts with Workable Solutions to relationship issuesI LOVE how vulnerable and relatable the hosts are in this podcast. I appreciate that they have the training and expertise to guide listeners through all the challenges that come along with being in a relationship. I feel heard and validated and also called out and corrected. 1000% recommend for solid advice no matter what stage of a relationship you’re in or if you’re preparing to be in one.

Ark nebrasjaUpspeak…stopI really REALLY want to love this show, but the way they end almost every sentence with the habit of upspeak grates on my nerves. They have solid advice, but the upspeak robs these super intelligent professionals of a lot of credibility.

Brandy Be WyseA great helpGoing to see my mom for the first time in 15 months and this is helping me emotionally understand myself and my relationship with my mother better so I’m not triggered within moments of her asking me questions.

Stephanie liner 1I just realizedI literally just realized that I have emotionally immature parents and they still are. Wow I really needed to know that in order to properly handle the things going on in my marriage at this point. Thank you so much for that show. I have downloaded the book your recommended as well.

KickinnnSo realI love listening to Rachel and Stacey’s episodes. They are so down to earth and just make you feel human by the way they share their own experiences - professional opinion vs. what they do in their own relationship. It’s good to see that they are a work in progress in their relationships too. It normalizes your own situation. 💗 Can’t wait for more episodes!

TrixieOnyx21Sales Pitchy and Inconsistent VolumeI love the DC IG page so much that it led me to this podcast. I’ve listened to the first 11 episodes, but the underlying theme is that this is very sales pitchy for their Relationship Roadmap. They talk about topics at a high level and tease that you can get more information about topics through purchasing that. I could get over the sales pitch, but I cannot get over inconsistent volume. I shouldn’t have to turn the volume up after the intro or down so the transitional music into DMs segment doesn’t blow my speakers. There is a huge swing in volume throughout the episode.

RonitMenasheSMART, RELATABLE AND FUNNYNothing made me happier when the gals from decoding couples decides to launch a podcast. They are legit so smart and their content is so informative, fresh and most importantly is information that I can apply to my relationship. I love the podcast and how Stacie and Rachel share their own personal stories. I learn so much from you gals. THANK YOU for what you do!

foxykittens3I feel so validatedOkay, let me begin by saying I LOVE Stacey and Rachel and am thrilled they have this podcast! Listening to them makes me feel like I am best friends with them (I wish)… and every episode is packed full of great insight and advice. They aren’t afraid to speak their minds, keep it real, and provide lots of laughs too (their IG page is a must follow if you haven’t already). I applaud these women for having open, honest, and real conversations. I feel so validated knowing I’m not alone in my relationship struggles. I appreciate the way Stacey and Rachel not only share their professional opinions, but also discuss their personal thoughts and experiences as well. 10/10 would recommend!
-
SrkyLraGreat balance of Candor & HonestyI really like what I’ve heard so far, and would give a full 5 stars, but I’m waiting to see how these two cis-het-white women handle the complexities of different kinds of relationships, including mixed race, mixed faith, political differences, neurodivergence, etc.

Mrs. F0421Honest and HelpfulRelationships are amazing, and hard. Kiddos are amazing, and hard work. But marriage after kiddos can be hard, overwhelming and take away much of the time that just used to be two people having fun. Parenting can also reveal old wounds that never healed or were addressed… I’ve been following these two ladies on Instagram for awhile and their guidance is always helpful. Honest. Hard to swallow at times… but always with the goal of improved communication and relationships. This podcast should be required study… for anyone looking to stay married after kiddos. Or co-parent respectfully.
-
mcpineappleBest relatable therapistsI’ve been following these two ladies since the beginning and the the way they bring the reality of relationship is unmatched. We relate through the shared stories of their own relationships so we can apply the same techniques in our own. Definitely with a listen and follow on IG, won’t be disappointed.

Their advice on IG helped me to heal and helped me pick a better partner than what I had done before. Now listening to their podcast, helps me as a married woman go through things that I thought were only happening to us. Stacey and Rachel do such a wonderful job making me feel heard and relatable with their content. They are just awesome and wish them the success they deserve.

Underwood FanThe insights you need to hearI love this podcast! Rachel and Stacey hit on the topics we all tend to struggle with in relationships at one point or another. I’ve applied some of their insights into my own relationship and I can see the benefit of taking new approaches and viewing situations with more nuance, and less binary thinking.
