    Can’t stop listening!
I am pregnant with my second child and was very ignorant to pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with my first. This podcast has opened my eyes to things I never even thought of. I love that she is a nurse and sees the ins and outs of labor but also tells us about how we as the mom have the power to make decisions and have a plan. Thank you!

Real, transparent info for new moms
I’ve been following Heather on social media for a while, and was delighted to find that she was doing a podcast! The episodes are full of information for new moms and moms to be, and it’s really refreshing to hear alternative viewpoints about birth and baby raising from someone who is a nurse that might have different viewpoints from others in the medical community. I really enjoyed her episodes and can’t wait to listen to more!

    A Must Listen!
I found Heather’s podcast through Pinterest and am so thankful for the knowledge she brings to “The Labor Room”. As I am preparing for my third baby (hopefully first unmedicated) I am grateful for her transparency and education that she brings to each episode. I will be listening to these on repeat until February!

    Grateful
I am due in December, the amount of knowledge I have gained from this podcast has been amazing. Every episode I feel more prepared and more confident for labor. I appreciate that there is information for the support person as well. Thank you so much for making this stage in life easier to go through.

    Relatable & Knowledgeable
Heather’s Podcasts are always so informative and have the best tips! The “5-5-5” rule is so good to learn and remember as I feel that most mothers now a days are expected to bounce right back after having a baby into their normal routine- The fact that she mentioned she watches Vanderpump let’s me know that she’s just one of us! Completely raw and real with the knowledge of a Labor and Delivery nurse and guru- LOVE HER!!

This podcast came at the perfect time for me
I have followed Heather on Insta for a couple years now. I feel like I found her in the perfect time for me. This podcast is so helpful to be able to listen to while I’m taking care of my baby. I’m absolutely loving these episodes! My favorite has been her first episode about debunking the pregnancy myths.

    Perfect timing!
Due in 3 weeks with baby #2 and this podcast is just what I needed to prepare! Just because this is my second baby doesn’t mean I know what I’m doing, and I can’t wait to use all of the tips mentioned.

    Top Three
Loved the Top Three things as a new mom episode! The three things are so true but the one that resonated the most with me was a baby doesn’t need two me’s!! I tried to do all the things Heather did too and it just caused more stress on my end!! Great tips! Looking forward to all the episodes. Also, her voice is very calming to listen to!! ❤️

If you the way I jumped and screamed when I saw the podcast as live, you’d know how excited I as for this! Let me tell you, it didn’t disappoint!! This is the perfect podcast for moms no matter what season of life you’re in. My husband esp. enjoys it because it’s coming from someone who also has a medical background. 10000/10 ⭐️

    The best podcast for mamas!!
Heather was one of my Labor and delivery nurses a couple years ago. She empowered me so much and was incredible through every step. Even after having my baby, I reached out to her for advice multiple times with breastfeeding and she was so sweet and gave the best advice. I can’t wait to share this podcast with my new mama friends!
