    Leading Us Deeper
This is one of my most favorite podcasts to listen to. I have many that I like and really enjoy listening to podcasts but I am always looking forward and waiting for the next episode of Wild At Heart to air. Captivating is great too. It really helps me go deeper in my relationship with Jesus, thank you. It has helped me during some really dark times I know the Holy Spirit led me to your ministry. There’s many people around me that I wish would listen to it including my husband. But they haven’t… yet. I just want to shake people around me sometimes because I feel as though we’ve all been asleep -we need God an intimate relationship not just go to church once a week, serve here and there, say a few prayers every now and then. I’ve needed a close relationship with my Heavenly Father and this podcast has helped me on that journey. I’ve needed to really know Him. There was a lot of dysfunction in my home growing up and I haven’t had a close relationship with either of my parents like I’ve longed for. So intimacy has been hard for me. In all my relationships I’ve struggled to really connect and feel close to people. I’m good at putting up walls. Learning to be with Jesus has changed everything for me. I’m still on a healing journey. Just sitting in His presence I’m learning to enter His rest and receive His love. There’s been so much warfare against me and my family. I related so much to your reference to Frodo I feel so much like him and the friend you mentioned that asked Why does it have to be so complicated? My heart was crying out when that was said because that’s how I’ve felt. I appreciate the truth you all bring and God has been so close to me right in the middle of the darkest moments. Thank you all for your spiritual maturity, authenticity, your own stories and wisdom, please keep sharing with us.

    Enlightening
These podcasts are consistently enlightening about the times we live in. The podcast here at the beginning of 2025 are shedding light on the spiritual realities of our current moment. I have found them to be very worthwhile and I am looking forward to the rest of this series.

    Must hear podcast
These podcasts are life-changing. If restoration and transformation of your life is what you are after, the podcasts will open up new fields of goodness to you. As someone who has listened to every podcast since they first came out, I can say that they have only gotten better and better. The current series on deep discipleship has convinced me that I must become a true disciple of Jesus if my life is to improve.

    Love This Ministry
I have been following John, Allen and Morgan for years. Love the Wild at Heart mission and they are a central part of my everyday walk with Christ that help me with the spiritual warfare we as men deal with daily.

    Best Pocast
Life is full. The podcasts I listen to MUST serve a purpose in my calling. If the content isn’t relevant, I don’t tune in. I enjoy sorting through specific episodes that many great podcasts release. That being said, I NEVER miss a week of WildatHeart podcast. In fact, it’s the ONLY podcast I listen to every week. (It’s the only reason I get excited for Monday mornings! Haha.) Thank you for releasing such timely, practical, and hugely insightful conversations each week for us to be discipled by.

Drop religion and Come get your heart back
There is one path to walk in the fullness of life. John and the team do extraordinary work every week to point you to the abundant life of Jesus. I am thankful for being formed by this work since 2001. And only feel like a beginner. Listen and be renewed.

Not Biblical truth so can’t be trusted
As some solid pastors have said, this ministry seems to embrace open theism. Unfortunately it’s an echo chamber for John & Stasi Eldredge and what they have attached themselves to that seems attractive and something they can peddle to others. Do I think they mean well? Yes. Do I think they could do better? Absolutely.

“I don’t think this person knows God” immediately no…
I was 5 minutes into Eldredge’s podcast and he made a bold claim. I don’t know anything about this guy, but the fact that his spirit went into criticizing (3) people within 5 minutes, I’m out. Been a pastor for a decade now and the most critical people of others are never the people I want to listen to.

    Such an amazing resource
The podcast and John's books have been such a blessing to my life since 2019. Thanks to the entire team for faithfully and diligently bringing to life the idea of pursuing unity with God, through practical applications and stories.

    My most fruitful podcast
I went to a captivating event probably 10 years ago, have read/dabbled in numerous Eldredge books- but this podcast has been a true asset to me during work shifts/road trips/alone time. It has been so beneficial to my soul to hear from John and the crew every week and although I may not know them personally, our hearts are tied together in the work of the Kingdom. I’m grateful for all of you at the outpost. Thanks for all you do!

    Set apart
John, his team, and friends continue to bring the same quality material and perspective you come to love in his books. While there are many great podcasts out there, I would rather listen to this one over the others. I recently learned about Wild at Heart fires, and the latest episode about essentials you need for the state of the world is full of wisdom.

    One of the best podcasts!
I’ve been listening to this podcast since a friend recommended the series on healing rhythms last year. That series is 🔥 and so many other episodes have been so profound through my journey of getting to know Jesus better. Thank you John and the whole team for being so instrumental in my walk with Jesus through some really tough times.

    My go-to podcast
Always life giving. I love how every episode is real, authentic and challenging. Superb.

    So impactful!
This is the only podcast I listen to religiously, never wanting to miss an episode. The conversations are timely and powerful, and they lead and guide me time and time again. One thing remains consistent — at the end of an episode I am encouraged in my walk with Jesus and desire to be even closer to Him. I am also better equipped to love others and be a Christian who is in the world but not of the world. So much wisdom is offered during these conversations. I am so grateful for this show! (Also, as a side note — John and Allen and Stasi and the team have the most calming voices! It’s nice.)

    A must need for humanity

    Stop With New Age Stuff
The older stuff is way better. The new stuff is so laced with New Age concepts and practices that I have stopped listening.
  • Resilient4Christ
    Transformative
For the last few years I have went thru some challenging times with anxiety until it hit a massive peak last Sept. At that time a friend recommended the pause app. This led me to Resilient. The book met me in my lowest time of adulthood. It reminded me of how I had just wanted life to be good again. I was yearning for better days. Jesus was there to pick me up and guide me through my repentance, healing and transformation. Eventually I stumbled on to this podcast. There is so much wisdom and practical advice on getting thru this age in this podcast. I love a recent episode that addressed how one might approach living as if Christ was returning tomorrow. Learning to not marry or attach ourselves to this world. Kingdom living. Keep it going Wild at Heart team.

    Wonderful podcast!
This is one of my favorite podcasts to listen to each week! I love the pause at the beginning of each show. It instantly calms my mind. The topics discussed are applicable to our daily lives. I am thankful for how John and his team have helped me to learn to listen to God’s voice in my life!

    SO much Wisdom
Love getting to just listen in, the conversations are always relevant to things going on in the world but centered on knowing God, His presence, and His voice. Love the stories and heart of this podcast and those behind it!

    Grateful
What a gift to be part of these conversations, to glean from the wisdom of those who walk with Jesus every single day. This podcast has shifted my heart toward Jesus in ways I never knew I needed. So grateful for this work!

    Unmatched
I’ve been working in full-time ministry for nearly a decade now, and this small outpost has changed the game. I know of so few who take seriously the life of the heart. Wild at Heart is influencing the hundreds of people I network with and minister to.

    So thankful.
I’m so thankful John and the rest of the team(s) popped up in my life, I realized not long ago that one of the books I had sitting on my shelf was Beautiful Outlaw, given to me some time ago. After reading I had to find more, and thank heavens there is more. Everything that this ministry brings forth has been an absolute anchor for me this last year. Down to the smallest word, podcast, weekly email, social media post, the Pause App, everything has resonated to a T with mine and my husband’s last year, and just our hearts in general! How I’d love to just meet all of you, and be apart of all of it! When we move back to Colorado, it’s my number one goal to come to the events. Thank you for everything, friends! -Jeanette Flores

    My favorite podcast
I look forward to every Monday because I know another podcast is available. I have found it to be so helpful and affirming in my walk with Jesus. I love how real and honest John and his guests are. This and the Pause app have been powerful tools for me, especially the last 2+ years. I could go on and on about the Pause app; for those who don’t have it or use it regularly, I encourage you to GET IT, USE IT! It is truly nutritious, healing food for the soul, and for growing and nurturing our walks with Jesus. Thank you John and team!!

    Where I’m at.
John and team. Thank you so much for all you’ve done and been doing. I was at rock bottom just a few weeks ago my heart was dead. A friend casually recommended reading (which I’m not disciplined at). I brushed it off at the moment but came home and pulled Waking the Dead off the shelf and reread it. Holy smokes it was ME! I couldn’t put it down it spoke to me in so many ways. This triggered an “ah ha” moment and I though I wonder if John has a podcast or a new book… I’d say it was absolutely GOD’s timing. I ordered and read resilient , order a audio copy for a friend, and have been listing to this latest podcast series. I can feel my heart coming alive again it’s awesome, I actually have good feelings again it’s awesome to know I’m not alone on the journey and where I was at.

Jump out of bed on Mondays
Every Monday morning I jump out of bed, throw my shoes on and plug my headphones in to tune into the new episode for my morning walk. I get up to walk each morning but Mondays I can wait to listen to the new episode. There isn’t a podcast I love more because wild stuff heart recognizes the brokenness we live in but quickly points me to Jesus, my need for him and how to be reunited and connected to him. Love love love listening sooooo much. Thank you guys!!

    Used to bring life.
Now, lately, John has apparently ‘picked a side’ in the ‘small story’ of masks vs no masks. It’s clouding the message. I took a break to see if maybe they would move on, but nope, came back and it’s still the same harping on a divisive issue when there are so many better ways to be in the world. I’m done with RH.

    Whack-A-Mole! Sunrise and God’s timing.
This morning I was listening to the episode on my way back home from taking my daughter to work. It’s been a crazy year for many of us but as Allan got to the part of watching the sunrise, it was perfect timing for my watching the sunrise as I’m driving along and enjoying the drive home. Thank you for being a part of God’s perfect timing and enjoying one moment at a time!

    CPR For The Soul!
I started listening to this series after reading “Get Your Life Back” and both have been just the right counsel and balm for my soul. God led me right to them as my spirit was crumbling under the weight of all that has and continues to plague our world. I no longer had any bandwidth to carry the burdens of friends and family. I have been tapped out from personal losses both big and small. I seriously wanted a godly counselor but have had neither time nor money for one. God provided! John’s words spoke to every niche in my heart with God’s Word. I’m plan on revisiting them often when I start feeling tapped out. I just can’t listen enough right now. Taking much of his advice and disengaged even from YouTube and toxic relationships. I downloaded the Pause app and have been getting outside more. I’m slowly starting to feel my sanity coming back and a little more peace and joy returning. Thank you!!!

    I need more Cherie!
Thank you featuring Cherie and Morgan in this latest episode on contemplative prayer. It was so beautiful and so inviting and I want to know more. Maybe Cherie should consider starting her own podcast leading contemplative prayer times. She has such a beautiful voice and heart for God. Thank you!
