Consistently good stories with minimal bias presented from a Christian perspective. Topics are relevant, timely and engaging. One of the few podcasts that has stayed in my playlist for years.

My favorite show for religious talk. Great help in understanding my faith. The host is always well-prepared, engages guests with insightful questions to facilitate an engaging conversation. A true professional podcast in a literal sea of amateurism.

Christ over Harris, Christ over Trump. Than you IE.

The President of that group is no Christian. He obviously does not believe the Bible. He does not even think anything is wrong with murdering a baby in the womb. He never answered any questions. He changed the subject. No true, Bible believing Christian would vote for Kamala Harris, who wants a law to murder babies up to birth. She is a jezebel. Scott Klusendorf is a rock star. I would love to see him debate that president of that group directly.

I appreciate the in-depth theological interviews, politics, and pop culture discussions. There is so much to learn through the guests. Great for preparing lessons for Sunday School.

Thanks for helping us understand all of the weaving and tap dancing that must be done in order for anyone who loves Jesus to actually vote for Harris. It certainly makes a difference to learn where people get their news and who they believe. Apparently, Jim Ball is not a fan of digging deeper to learn about policies. He seems to prefer the propaganda, authoritarian press talking points.

Excellent guests, expensive topics, and always extolling Christ. So what is good theology all about? It’s not about you, it’s about Jesus for you!

Issues Etc is my go to podcast. The thought provoking discussions and lessons. I find myself wanting to listen to every episode and not skip. Despite being continually 2 years behind the issues discussed remain timely and insightful!

I love the biblical perspective on the daily news topics and well as the good sound doctrine on the Bible. A wonderful way to stay grounded in such a crazy world.

Pr. Todd Wilken is an excellent interviewer who asks thoughtful questions regardless of who the guest is. He and his staff choose knowledgeable guests who are well read into their subject matter so that they give valuable information. As a lifelong Lutheran, it always amazes me how engrossed I find myself getting into the content. You will as well! My only complaint is that I always run out of new episodes while riding the mower. Never fear, the archive always delivers. Well done!!! Keep up the good work! Keep engaging the people of God with this show.

CAUTION: issues etc is addictive. I have to have my daily dose regardless. As a Christian, I like to feel like growing in the Word of God. Issues etc help me to accomplish that. Issues etc is part of my daily bread.

Todd is a great interviewer, and his selection of guests are always knowledgeable in the particular field. He lets them talk with clear, direct questions. Its not a conversational podcast usually, and the style is unique in the podcast world.

Todd’s excellent interviews across a wide spectrum of guests are always on point and thought provoking. I’m always looking forward to 3:00 PM CST on KFUO!

This program Issues, etc. is much appreciated. Often times, we have questions and not knowing who's got the Biblical answer. We ought to know Christ crucified and as well as the topics this program educates, so that, we won't be fooled by what's telling us out there. This helps us grow Biblically and spiritually, a matured Christian.

This show helps and explains being a member of a Lutheran Missouri synod church. With all the podcasts out there this one speaks truth.

Listener for over 20 years. Easily the BEST Christian podcast available. Interviewer is a Confessional Lutheran Pastor (LCMS), but interviews all guests with dignity. Occasionally they get into to weeds with topics, but it’s a podcast, so you can pick & choose what to listen to. Steve Dunham Central Point, OR

Pastor Wilken is so good at interviewing his guests and asking questions that illuminate the entire discussion. It’s always Biblically sound and very informative. I highly recommend this podcast!

I don’t want to overstate how highly I view issues etc. but it is my sincere opinion that if they split off their culturally/political coverage into its own show, it would be it would be among the most influential cultural/political shows in the nation. As far as the religious topics are concerned, EVERY Christian should be listening. Of course it’s the best confessional Lutheran audio resource there is, but even for non Lutherans, this should be in your pod feed just as focus on the family. God Bless you all!

Issues Etc. is a great show for any Christian or person out that interested in Christianity. Todd W. does a really good job as the host asking questions for the guests on the show.

Pastor Wilken provides thought-provoking interviews and is able to express his questions and insights in a way that allows the guest to finish a complete thought. I have learned quite a bit about scripture and culture through this podcast.

While the show has good topics, the poor exegesis has convinced me to abandon Lutheranism for something less heterodox.

If you discount Terry Mattingly between the lines politcal innuendo or blatant anti-trump biased. I think his theory is because a lot of Christians prefer Trump. It pisses off the other Christians, so it creates a divide. usually don’t listen when he’s on. But I did today and he doesn’t disappoint just discount him all together it’s a great pod cast
