Literally laughed out loud at work
This podcast has me laughing out loud at work. Got weird looks but didn’t care! Amazing!!!! Also, I played bits of it for my ex so he know what how laughably sexist he sounds sometimes.

    Thank you!
Thank you, Amanda, for something that makes this modern mom and wife laugh hysterically while simultaneously feeling seen. Christmas can be stressful and this is taking the edge off those hours spent prepping for a magical Christmas. Also, I’m a huge fan of the entire Earios Network! My favorite show is The Big Ones. Check it out!

    Brilliant
These shows are absolutely hysterical, and they are just a letter-perfect satire of 50s/60s educational films. Matt’s adding of syllables to words kills me.

A Perfect Blend of Comedy, (Somewhat) Narrative and Form
The concept and form of this series is perfect. The idea is made even better by the fact that each episode is short. Amanda obviously sees the value in the idea of squeezing the comedic juice out of each morsel and not letting any episode get overly bloated. Both the (seemingly) scripted and (seemingly) improvised bits are enjoyable. The fact that each six-part series seems to have a through-line joke (going increasingly insane in the first, the singing bit in Complete Joy, the poetry/repression bit in Matt's Complete Man season) makes me so excited to see each series through to its end (I've yet to listen to the Wedding and Christmas series). I love that Amanda has forged this opportunity to put her voice out there like this; it's excellent!

    Shockingly good
So many LOLs. Not one bone to pick other than I wish there were more episodes to listen to. Maribel is a delight!

    Ridiculously funny
This podcast is like comedy poundcake: so dense with jokes you'll miss some cause you're still laughing at the last one. There is no better talent than Amanda Lund to bring this send-up of 50s/60s suburnban bliss to life. An absolute (complete) joy.

    The Complete Podcast
What a gem! It keeps me company as I cook dinner, fold laundry, mop the floors, and shave in the early hours of each morning. This podcast is brilliant, hilarious, and beautifully produced. Best pod binge of 2020!

Clever, and hilariously sharp satire. Comedy gold. Outstanding performances throughout. Excellent writing. I literally laugh out loud, upon every listen. It is worth many repeat listens. I know that I will always enjoy listening to this great podcast series again... Again.

    I'm late to the party
As a guy I liked Amanda and friends but didn't think this would hold much for me. Boy was I wrong, it was great for anyone. Please do more stories like this, I left it wanting to start a new 6 episode series with you all right away.

    Fantastically Funny!
I was always a huge fan of Amanda Lund and her crew on the Paul F. Thompkins’ Spontaneanation. This is a great alternative and a great improv comedy podcast. I was surprised how much a loved this and can’t wait to go back and listen to all of the past episodes! - A must listen for anyone in search of a great improv or purely funny comedy podcast.

    Delightfully Absurd; Also Too Real
The first season “The Complete Woman” is just an absolute gem of dark absurdity that strikes a little too-real note through a romp of silliness and incredible performances. Start there! But also- just do yourself a favor and listen to this podcast.

This podcast makes me feel so many things
I just listened to the wedding registry episode and I am equal parts aroused and amused. The kitchen appliances are incredible. Thank you for this strange gift.

If you're a woman and are wondering if you're complete, listen to The Complete Woman and find out! Learn how to entice your man by wearing only cellophane and don't forget to shave your head to get that snug wig fit! Oh the joy! I've got to go and finish making my brisket and reapplying my makeup for the 7th time today.

This lady makes me laugh both inside and out. A truly complete joy!

    Horrifyingly fun
What makes The Complete Woman so brilliant is just how close to reality it is. Amanda Lund pushes everything that was already crazy about the 50s stereotypical family to great dark comic depths. She really is great. Everyone else on the show puts in top notch performances too. And the new seasons are completely worth paying for Stitcher Premium for.
  • RickMahogany4
    Lots of laughs
Once she started talking to the kitchen appliances, I lost it. Loved listening to Amanda "Fun-Buns" Lund's podcast as well as her others - Complete Joy and The Complete Man!

    Unique, clever, entertaining
I really, really enjoy this podcast - I've never heard anything quite like it! I appreciate how it really commits to the bit.

    I'm laughing on the inside
I listened to all of these, but I'm not sure why. Not really funny. If it was 1975 it might have been funny. Give it a try, they're very short episodes. you might like it more than me.
