    Love the show
But I challenge Scott and GC to go 1 episode without using the term “boat raced”

    The best
Simply the best podcast on IU sports and a wonderful way to stay connected to other fans.

    The most negative
Understand the criticism, but these guys are the most negative fans with an IU podcast. I’ve tried but can’t listen to them.

    Best IU Podcast
Galen tells it how it is. Great/fair analysis given how much of a IU fan he is. Most of the other IU podcasts are homers and hard to listen to

Great content for IU Sports and Football
Dr G and Scott always bring a great perspective to IU sports. I appreciate the fact that they cover IU football and are spot on for their takes. It can be tough to cover. They both bring interesting and insightful takes.

Insightful, rational, intelligent IU fans on FB & BB
Dr. Clavio brings an intelligence and long view to IU FB and other IU sports that is a refreshing contrast to the landscape of IUFB pod-commentary. Galen’s experience with professional media and IU a media school academic rigor is manifested in cogent thought—optimism with a grounding in reality. His speaking voice is always easy to hear and understand — and since this is a podcast, that matters. (And he likes talking about tailgating and the food requirements thereof, and that’s okay by me.)

    Love Crimson Cast!
I always look forward to “Crimson Cast”. It’s so entertaining, honest, insightful, and interesting. Thanks to Galen and Scott!

    Galen is the 🐐
I’ve always tried to find a podcast for IUFB and IUBB that looks at my favorite college sports teams more objectively and less fan boy bias and Galen is that guy. There is a bias that obviously we want the Hoosiers to win , but it’s never unreasonable. He always has the best takes about IUBB and IUFB and I always learn something when listening. While everyone in the world gets negative quickly, Galen and Scott keep very positive vibes, which we need more of as IU fans. Overall, just a great Iu sports podcast!

The pods without Galen are brutal
Love Scott but without Galen to steer the ship it can be a hard listen.
  • Boob190
    Best pod ever
By far the top IU sports podcast in a crowded space. Perfect combination of emotion and rationality. Scott and Galen channel the thoughts, fears, joys, and hopes of the IU fanbase and are not afraid to criticize objectively. Great job guys!

Years of work you can hear
Galen and Scott are OG’s of podcasting and truly knows IU inside and out on and off the field. Give them a listen if you’re interesting in growing your football knowledge and wanting to catch up on all things IU athletics, then give them a listen.

    Really enjoy this podcast.

    A must-listen during hoops season
And this is not to say that CrimsonCast isn’t ALSO a must-listen during football season, but I focus more on the hoops, and I always enjoy the discussion, whether it’s the Alumni Lounge, or Galen and Scott kicking IU hoops puppies in the way that only they know how. :-) But seriously, you can get sunshine and rainbows on other shows … these guys tell it like it is (or at least, how they see it), and their candor, passion, and knowledge is appreciated.

    Best IU podcast
This is the only IU podcast that is willing to be fair and honest.

    Great IU Podcast
As an IU alum and a die-hard Hoosier fan, it's refreshing and fun to listen to a podcast solely dedicated to the sports scene in Bloomington, Indiana. I appreciate the un-biased look at the Hoosiers. No one wants to hear "kool-aid" coverage and unnecessary hype. The CrimsonCast will call a spade-a-spade and be critical of IU athletics when warranted- something that can be hard to find in the college sports media landscape. Love the work guys, keep it up. Go Hoosiers!
