    Amazing free resource
Mark's podcast is such an amazing free resource for anyone running a small architecture firm or someone that wants to start one up. The guests always have something useful to contribute and Mark's no-nonsense and engaging personality really make listening to this a true delight. I'm formulating a plan to start my own firm and this podcast has been so tremendously useful. My favorite way that Mark engages a guest is that they'll often recite a bunch of generalities for how to be successful but Mark always asks pointedly "ok, so how do we do that?" It's because Mark has and is there himself running a small firm, so he gets it and gets down to it!

Not just for small firm architects
Fantastic podcast that really does address the issues all architects face regardless of office size. If you’re a leader in any firm you’ll find this useful.

    One of the best

Great Content for Architects, and Well Produced
Mark LePage does a great job interviewing architects as well as those tangential to the profession, teasing out ways architects can improve their businesses and thus do better work. As business skills are either taught poorly or ignored altogether in architecture school, the material covered here is desperately needed. Sometimes he presents a topic solo. Always a good listen.

Great variety of topics for architects at any stage of their career. Mark interviews interesting people from the industry and asks the questions we want answered. He leaves no listeners behind by making everything easy to understand. I now know there are lots of career path options within the profession I never knew existed. The future of architecture is bright and full of hope. Thanks Mark.

    THANK YOU!
Apparently I've been living under a rock and somehow missed you for all this time. I've been pretty disconected from the rest of the professional world in architecture and this podcast has been a complete game chager for me. I'm recently liscensed and currently working in a small residential firm and someday hope to go out on my own in residential architectrue and this podcast has given me the tools, knowledge, and courage to acutally move myself toward that goal. I no longet feel disconected and I feel like I have MANY kindred spirits out there! THANK YOU MARK! Seriously, this is fantastic. I can't thank you enough. Keep doing what you are doing!

    Excellent As Usual
This was a particularly good one. Loved Eric's "what's the worst that could happen" perspective and his viewpoint on making and experimenting. Great nuggets that give a unique and encouraging view on an often frightening prospect.

    Great!
This podcasts appeals to the love I have for both the artistic aspect and the business aspect of the architecture profession. As an architecture student, this podcast is helping me develop habits for success in this profession.

    Student-Approved
I'm a current architecture student and EntreArchitect is the first podcast I go to when I need some inspiration or just want to learn something new. I listen to a few other podcasts and occasionally stumble upon some, but Mark's podcast is definitely my favorite. Consistent. Quality. Informational. Fun. Mark has an amazing podcast for everyone - from architects to students and anyone wanting to enhance their day.

Love this podcast! Don’t know how he finds the time.
My wife and I started our very own small firm, much like Mark and his wife did. We’ve only been at it for 1-1/2 years and its been scary, thrilling, and oh yes, scary. This podcast has been an invaluable resource for the both of us. Mark puts out information that is so targeted to us as small firm architects, that I sometimes think he’s reading my mind. (You a bit psychic Mark?) Anyway, if you’re starting out, or even been at for a while, give this podcast a listen. You won’t be sorry!

    Motivating and Informative
What a great resource for young architects interested in all things business. I just finished my last ARE exam and the thought of creating my own firm is alive more now than ever. This podcast is a great source of encouragement. I look forward to each update and listen over my lunch break.

Great advice for everyone not just architects
A friend introduced me to this podcast and I have really enjoyed it. Most of the podcasts are not only great advice for architects but for anyone in a small business. Mark also gives great advice for living your everyday life. I think you should try it.....you'll like it.

    a fresh perspective
Mark's podcast on rebranding your architecture studio is a wealth of information and fresh perspective on your individual studio brand and the message it conveys to your clients.
  • Ramos Studios
Great advice for life and practice.
Mark's focus is on handing out advice on how to run a profitable architecture firm. But his message is much broader than that. I have gotten a ton of great tips on just being a more productive person. I am glad I discovered this podcast and can't wait for more. - Steve Ramos

    Yes, exactly!
"Yes, exactly!" That is what I find myself saying throughout this podcast. I'm a Landscape Architect running a traditional LA firm, online biz and a family of 5. I'm constantly wondering how to find the time, how can I streamline this, and what about the kids? The Entrepreneur Architect Podcast has helped me answer these questions within two weeks of listening to it. My days have become more productive, I'm streamlining my processes with the help of the Entrepreneur Architect Foundations and I'm scheduling family and work in the my calendar. So thanks, Mark R. LePage for helping this small firm landscape architect!

Every entrepreneur architect should be listening
Mark is filling in the gap in many architects education with LEARNING HOW NOT TO BE A STARVING ARCHITECT. Theres alot more to it then just drawing pretty pictures. This podcast has provided me with an amazing education. Keep up the great work!!!!

    Awesome! Who needs an MBA?
Always informative. I'm trying to absorb as much knowledge about how to run a great architecture practice as I can... in the hopes that I can put it into use very soon.

    Great resource
As a small form architect, I've recently come to enjoy this podcast. Sort of like chatting at the office with colleagues (which isn't possible in a one-man office).

    Kenneth P Munson - Architect
Mark is promoting/providing/offering a dialog with/for the small firm/entrepreneur architect. With each podcast, I may hear a new perspective, I may have some of my own experiences confirmed, and I always have the opportunity to learn something, to gain some insight or to pursue additional information/knowledge via his “Referenced in This Episode” links. Thank you Mark for sharing your experiences/knowledge, and those of your guests. The dialog is helping me, a sole practitioner, to better navigate and improve what we/I am trying to do…. improving our practices and the quality of the built environment, one project at a time.

    Mark LePage Bridging the Gap
If more of thought like Mark, architecture would be a much more prosperous endeavor. Thanks Mark, for reminding us that to be of any real benefit to society and culture we have to be a viable and sustainable business enterprise...and that those two things are not mutually exclusive.

Rosa Sheng & The Missing 32% Project
Thank you for bringing back Rosa Sheng to provide an update after the AIASF Missing 32% Equity by Design conference! As you said in the podcast, the issue of equity in architecture is not just a women's issue--it's everyone's issue. This is important topic, and I love that Entrepreneur Architect is a platform for a range of issues in the profession.

    Resonant, edifying, entertaining.
My wife and I are approaching our twentieth year of self-employment as architects and partners in our firm. Mark's podcast is just fantastic. So many aspects of my life and work are present in the material he conveys. His perspective on architecture, practice, client service, and the mythology of architects is reassuring. A lot of the material is not startlingly revolutionary to me, and that's good. It has reinforced a great deal that I've felt was right about the way we practice. This podcast has given us insights that allow us to improve on things that we've learned thorough almost isolated experience. As important as the information, this podcast has opened a gateway to a community that I didn't really know was out there. It's no stretch to say Mark's work is influencing the way we imagine the second half of our careers will unfold. And the podcast is a fun listen!

    Amazing Resource for Young Architects
I love listening the Mark's podcasts on entrepreneurship and business in architecture. There not enough resources like this out there for sure. As a young architect, I find so much pessimism and dispointment among older architects, who discourage the youth from pursuing a career in architecture. It's refreshing to find someone who has established themselves in their career through doing what they love and doing it profitably. If you find yourself tired of the corporate feel of architecture firms and want to tap into a great wealth of knowledge on building the type of practice and business that better suits your dreams and ambitions then you will love this podcast. Mark provides great insights and content from his own experiences as an entrepreneur architect, and he also brings on great guests who provide great insights and tips as well. Mark has inspired me to rethink the way I map out my career path and he will do the same for you!

Marks 10 tips are a great formula for getting down to work and getting things done. His refereence to "The Power of Habit" is well deserved. A great book.

    Great Source for young architects
Mark is always on point with the topics he hits on. I am a young architect and it is great to hear Marks experiences and those of his guests. The most valuable information is when he or his guests talk about the mistakes they have made. It is insightful and honest. I appreciate that.
  • Andy Jessup
    Succinct, To-the-Point, Actionable
This is one of Mark's best podcasts to date. He lays down the problem, cites background evidence for it anecdotally, to which most small firm architects can relate by experience, then proposes a solution. He lays out his proposal in seven clearly defined steps that any of us can apply. Lastly, he doesn't take too long doing it.
  • Newbie Architect
Good resource for those wanting to practice independently.
If you are so inclined to wish to own your own small firm this is a good resource for ideas with Same in mind. I recommend you give it a shot.

    Well Done & Very Imformative
I find this Podcast to be informative and educational, Mark shares his experience on beomcing an architect and building his practice. I think arch students and those who aspire to start theyre own business will find this interestin...
  • Justin (why does my nickname have to be unique itunes?)
    Great inspiration
The podcasts don't always dive as deep into the subjects as I would like, but I find them to be very inspirationall as a brand new business owner. They give me plenty of things to think about as I create the structure of my new firm, and listening to them on my commute to work helps me arrive at the office ready to tackle the non-design aspects of creating a successful office.

    Excellent insights
The podcasts are a great resource for everything that the education system deems unneccesary. Considering that we spend more time working on the business than we spend in the business, the podcast is an excellent resource. I listen in the car on my way to the office. When something catches my attention, I spend a little time looking into it when I get there. Couldn't be more convenient.

Priceless Information in an Entertaining Format
As a young architectural professional, I often listen to podcasts while working and I am subscribed to the Entre Architect Podcast. The episodes are curtailed to just the right length and tons of really good information and thought provoking ideas are tossed around to encourage me on my path to becoming an architect. Great interviews with relevant people, especially liked Stephen Chung.
  • Paul Juliano
    Very Motivational!
This is a great resource for small firm architects and sole practitioners. It is difficult to find good business and marketing information in our profession. I especially enjoy Mark's motivational approach.
