deesepargLove Your Presentation FormThe way you present your message and material makes all of it easier to understand. You are clear, use normal language, not complicated, informative. I appreciate your podcasts and videos, they are encouraging. Thank you!

SamBGuiaDebra is a great host and a true expert!Debra is a wonderful host and brings incredible energy to her show. She is super knowledgeable when it comes to fitness and everything in this space. Keep up the great work!

Bdavis7911Must listenAll the basics plus tons of great bonus information for women wanting to take control of their health in midlife!
-
Midwestgal21ClickbaitBasically clickbait. Information is vague. I did not find any evidence of the suggested information in the podcast. The “Lose weight in menopause faster and easier …” was basically telling you to eat more, reduce fats. No real info on what to eat, when to eat it.

PetiteBlonde02Flipping Awesome 🙌Information you need, and some you never knew you did but were SO glad you tuned in! For all who care about the only body they will ever have! 💪🏻
-
TaikorhythmNov 3 showI love the show but I get so confused about conflicting POV from experts. Dr. Nasha Winters is not so encouraging of HRT and thinks it contributes to cancer risks. I wish there is a public platform to bring all these experts together to hash this out.

Laura TolosiA must listen to for inspiration for the next best years of our life!Thank you so much for your podcast and sharing inspiration for women who are approaching and going through what has unfortunately been such a stigmatized time of life. Women have the opportunity to embrace their body and give it what it needs to thrive at any stage for amazing vitality, and you hit this message home through your brilliant line up of guests, insightful conversations, and value-packed information. Grateful for your refreshing and empowering approach to health and wellness for women!!

Debbie Waidl"Must-Listen for Menopause Wellness!"Loved your episode: "Changes That Improve Menopause Transition Fitness!" It's a fantastic podcast on exercise, nutrition, and wellness during menopause. As a functional health coach supporting women with migraines during menopause, I found it invaluable. A must-listen for anyone seeking answers to menopausal symptoms! Keep up the great work!
-
AmaFelbsThank you!I’m so glad that I found your show! It’s exactly the information that I’m looking for right now.

Lovelexi89Not a great product…Flipping fifty is overall very basic. Rest more and lift weights. Avoid too much cardio. Debra spends a lot of energy trying to sell her methodologies and products. Like many podcasts.. this is not journalism. Stacy Sims was recently interviewed by Katie Couric and it was refreshing to hear a professional interview a professional.
-
Yahoo Personals, lolLove your show!I really enjoy your show! It keeps me motivated to continue to maintain my health, love and accept my 52 year old body!
-
DvGutsReally enjoying this podcast!Have listened to several interesting episodes, but the one about weight management in our 40’s, 50’s, & 60’s was particularly refreshing. Thank you so much 🙏🏼

20thtryNot so great info, great sales pitchyou will get a little bit of info on the topic and A LoT of sales pitch for her product and a lot of lecture. 10 episodes in and have not learned a thing except where to sign up for her program.

Deb4702How healthy food ….Just a quick review to say that while I’ve gotten some good information from this podcast… each tine I listen lately I feel like I’m being sold another bill of goods to take a different supplement or gadget to help weight loss. Ie… glucose monitor, silver supplements, gold supplements, aminos, etc. also very mixed messaging on intermittent fasting, detoxes and cleanses. I find it extremely frustrating. I also hired her for a 500 dollar consultation and got ZERO follow up. I could have easily gotten the information that I spend 500 bucks on in any one of her podcasts. I have since hired a coach who is amazing and follows up with me . Super disappointing

ibemomMenopause MomentumI’ve been following Debra‘s Flipping50 podcast and program since early 2021. It has given me strength, confidence and it is the most manageable workout/strength training program I’ve ever participated in. I have not missed one week of my two or three day commitment to this workout program. I found the thing that works for me.
-
LisaIsHereForItDebra is a rock star! 🙌🏻It’s obvious Debra puts extraordinary effort in covering salient topics and finding guests that are authentic and truly care about being a positive force in this world - the insights they bring to bear are still mind-blowing every. single. time. 💥
-
redluluOkayNeeds to be more focused. The episodes I’ve listened to are full of tangents and lots of distracting mouth noises. It also feels the episodes are teasers for her programs. I get that everyone deserves to make a living from their skills and offerings but this feels especially sales-y without concrete substance.

Rita from LarchmintVery InformationalDebra’s podcast has a ton of information for women. Especially if you are perimenopausal or postmenopausal. I have listened to many of them and they have improved my life. I read Gin Stephens book Fast, Feast, Repeat this past summer and after 6 months, I have lost the 10 lbs that I put on in 2020. My hot flashes have improved and I hear Debra’s voice reminding me that of the importance of putting on muscle as I get rid of the fat. I really enjoyed this episode and I look forward to reading Gin’s new book. Keep up the great work of educating and motivating women, Debra. Thank you so much. -Rita

-
tgallo88Not RelatableYour show on self-sabotage missed mark. Unfortunately you just come off as completely arrogant.
-

tbone 50+Flipping 50This podcast is full, every time(!) of great references, new and validating information and is a motivation tool I listen to during my workouts. Debra has great instinct for what subjects to talk about when and who or what might be ideal people or yep, products to learn about. She puts all the links in the show notes which means we’ve got it easy you g back to an episode to find that book title, email, website. Thank you for putting yourself at our fingertips!
-
Howrtheayalltaken?Need more practical adviceThis podcast is relatable, but it only gives ideas, not real advise. What she wants you to do is subscribe to her website. The podcast is only a teaser not real advice to use.
-
NephirocksGreat!Great content! I learn so much from each episode. I appreciate that the host doesn’t interrupt a knowledgeable guest.
-
pjzdwInfo good/Audio bad!Full of great information but the audio is not good. Please update your gear and/or get an audio engineer. Over-lapping dialogue is hard to understand
-
mlg114Thank you sooo much! You and Figs might have saved my marriage. My husband and I have been in the “me exercise you not” pattern for a few years! We’ve been hurting each other unintentionally on this very subject! Result has been severe resentment though we’re about to celebrate 25 years married! You have spread your mission of kindness to us successfully! Thank you with all my heart for this valuable, intelligent podcast!❤️
