Ricklynn is really changing the persona of HR professionals with this podcast. I had no clue that the Human Resources had so much nuance… i enjoy this podcast and I learn so much from it.

Whether you are an HR professional (of any kind from intern, comp analyst, TA, HRBP or VP) or you manage people in any capacity this podcast is a must listen. The speakers Ricklyn invites on provide so much real world value that seemingly speaks to you directly. The content is always timely in that you can take the content you just heard and actually apply to your practice or company. I also love how the guests who are all successful in their own right never shy away from sharing their failures throughout their career. Thank you Ricklyn and your guests for tearing down this stigma and teaching listeners that failures are the best way to learn.
