I enjoy all the different voices reading the liturgy and some of the psalmody and performances are wondrous; particular thanks for psalmody Sunday July 7 and 14.

See? Even I can do that format. I was excited to find that I could listen, but it took me 5 min to figure out if you click "Latest Release" it isnt todays reading. Make the button "Todays Reading" so we dont have to go search. Dumb. I will go back to reading it in Laudate or see if Hallowed or another app has it.

There are many systems available where you can have the podcasts recorded well in advance but set a publication date for each one. Episodes should be released at 11pm eastern every night for the following day.

I very much appreciate this resource and the recording is a good quality, the awkward way it is released in batches requiring you to manual the search every day makes it difficult to use

Please make it so the new readings for the day, are released that day. Doing it in batches is really not intuitive. Many people listen to podcasts in the car. Every other podcast I listen to, will pre-load the latest episode into a list for me. I just push play. This is the one podcast that I have to hunt for the correct date every time. I realize that this is a “first-world” problem, but more people will hear His Word, and fewer will be distracted while they are driving. Hope you can make it happen. Thanks!!

The fact that so many reviewers have pointed out the difficulty they are having accessing the Word of God with this app and that the developers have chosen not to fix it—doesn’t that reflect the struggles of the church in America right now? It seems reasonable to expect that people who are seeking the daily lectionary readings are most in need of the readings for TODAY—not some day next month. It is possible to modify the way the content is presented to make today’s readings more easily visible at the top of the list. Why wouldn’t you just make that change? This is one of many lifelines that I have been trying to grab in order to stay connected to the Catholic faith. Please just toss it a little bit closer!

This is a helpful resource. As others have said, please change the dating system so the date of the episode corresponds to the correct date of the readings.

Wonderful for my faith, but make the dates easier. Put the date in the title at the beginning of the naming please. I’ve been waking to the Holy Sriptures through this podcast for over a decade. It has blessed me greatly. WORD OF GOD SPEAK!

The readings are so well proclaimed. I also enjoy the video reflections. But the format of how you post this makes it nearly unusable or at least not worth the trouble to try and find the current day’s readings. Too frustrating. It really is a shame to have such a good and useful resource that could be both a spiritual benefit and evangelical but to waste it by making it inaccessible. I’m someone who follows numerous podcasts and has all kinds of apps. I’m savvy with accessing them. But this well produced podcast is wasted by not making it accessible. I give up and will go back to Catholic apps that are user friendly .

It’s great to have this, I listen to the Daily Mass readings on my morning commute. But please change the names for the February podcasts to put the date at the start. With it at the end I can’t see the date on Apple CarPlay making it really hard to pull up the right day.

Would be very nice to be able to open and have THAT day's reading ready (with a meditation or homily after too ;) instead of having to scrooooool and loooook for it amongst many others.

I came looking to hear the daily readings, but the days are not even close. It looks like when Advent started, they started with January readings and weeks later no one has noticed the mistake. I’m really trying to get back on track, but sadly, this is not helping.

App should have the daily reading pop up versus showing you all of next months readings. Why have to scroll so much? This can be done. Reach out to Ascension Press Bible in a Year with Fr Mike Schmidt (great podcast!). They’re able to send out the individual day’s podcast daily.

This is great content by great readers BUT The app is difficult to use. You put so much content on at once and leave so much on from previous years it is difficult to find current day information. Please create filters that allow someone to hide past years, and when you finish a reading automatically goes to the next day not the beginning of the newest or oldest

It would be helpful if each day’s reading popped up automatically, as other podcasts do.

I keep seeing played episodes even though I selected to hide played episodes. Therefore it makes for much scrolling to find the the one I need for the day.

Publishing it in batches makes it hard for moms on the go to find the daily readings

I love the readings but I find it confusing. Can you just put up a month at a time? I like the way it was before, with the day of the week and just a few weeks at a time. 500 episodes is way TOO MANY!! Thank you & God bless your ministry!

I love the app but the navigation is very tricky. It takes a lot of scrolling to get to The current daily reading.

What happened to USCCB podcast? it’s not playing chronological. I have to scroll all through the downloads

Love the app but with latest iOS update can no longer manage how the dates appear. I know how to change things in settings but not worth having to see ALL the readings to root through to find what I want. Much easier before.

Hey users- there is a setting in your app where you can set it to chronological and then it will play in order if you’re not wanting to scroll thru every time you play. Thank you UCCCB for adding these readings I. Audio form to the app!

Any way to just download one month at a time. I have to scroll through may when I’m listening to April.

Love this podcast! Now so easy to listen to the daily readings. I agree with previous reviewer that it would be better to organize the podcasts so it has the current day at the top of the list. If today is March 4, I don’t need to see April 15 in the list. Thank you for all you do, God Bless!

I love having the audio version of the daily readings but hated scrolling through months of old readings to find the current one. To remedy, I went to Settings, Episodes, and selected Play in sequential order. Then, I manually deleted all of the previous days. It was tedious but worth it. Last, I have readings automatically delete after listening to them, so now when I check in every day, I have the correct reading for the day ready.

I just found this podcast but I can see that having to scroll down to get the current date of the readings could be a deterrent to some. A suggestion would be to have the current date of the readings at the top of the list.

Thank you for this excellent podcast, I feel that my faith is continually strengthened by hearing the sermon everyday.

I’ve been using this app every day and truly appreciate it. I rate the app 4 because of functionality. My assumption is that many people use this app the same way I do. It seems a modification to all the default be the current day’s reading. In addition, a simple way to search rather than scroll. Small things that won’t prevent me from using the app and will certainly recommend it, they would just enhance the experience. Thanks. Dave

I appreciate being able to listen to the readings. However, I find it annoying to have to scroll through several months to get the reading for today. Why not reverse the order?

I appreciate all who make the Daily Readings available on this Podcast. I find the varied voices to be very helpful in keeping my attention to the various readings of the day: I can easily be distracted. It would be very helpful if the ‘next month’ to be available sooner, i.e., Sunday, August 31 is not yet available and it is Friday night, August 28; I’m guessing that even though it is a date in August it isn’t available as maybe it’s updated by not only the month by the Sunday: a minimum of one week in advance would be wonderful. As soon as I updated iTunes, I got readings until August 30th, 2020 I pushed the link to USCCB, then a pop up window showed up that asked me to update or restore iTunes, and after I did it, automatically I got the readings for July and August.

Why did you stop in June??? There are no more podcasts after June 30!

As the above reviewer states, it appear only readings from a month ago are available...? Today is August 3rd and the latest episode listed is June 30th...

This used to be my go to source to listen to the daily readings, but since July; it won't download properly with iTunes. Please go back to the old simple file naming method to get it working again.

last june, 2020 and nothing...... here we are again! if only the "mitres" would spend lest time kneeling for blm and instead kneeling in front of the Blessed Sacrament, we might even have readings to pray with..... best that one can expect from the USCCB.........

Oh my goodness. I want to hear today’s readings. Not the ones 2 weeks from now. Goofiest app.
